About the Job
Brilliant Ground Solutions is hiring experienced Pickup and Delivery Drivers for residential and commercial package delivery and pickup. We are looking for dependable drivers who put safety and customer service first. Drivers will be expected to follow safe-driving practices at all times, and outstanding performance, reliability, safety, and customer service may lead to advancement opportunities such as shift lead, lead driver, or driver trainer roles as positions become available.
Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions are available. Weekday availability and some weekend availability are required.
Pay & Benefits
• $23.50–$26.00/hour based on experience

What You’ll Do
• Safely complete assigned pickup and delivery routes
• Provide excellent customer service
• Load, organize, deliver, and pick up packages
• Use scanners, navigation, and delivery technology
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all company and applicable DOT safety requirements
• Maintain reliable attendance and professional conduct
Requirements
• At least 1 year of professional delivery-driving experience
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass applicable background, driver qualification, and screening requirements
• No CDL required
• Ability to safely operate different types of delivery vehicles
• Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a vehicle, climb stairs, bend, lift, push, pull, and work outdoors in Indiana weather
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance when needed
• Strong safety record, reliability, and customer-service skills

Lead Driver / Assistant Manager

Position Overview
Brilliant Ground Solutions is seeking a dependable, hands-on Lead Driver / Assistant Manager to help lead our pickup and delivery operation.
This is a working leadership position responsible for supporting daily dispatch, driver leadership, route planning, training, and on-road problem solving. This position will also routinely operate a delivery route, fill in for drivers who are off, and ride along with drivers who need training, coaching, or additional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily scheduling, dispatch, and route assignments.
- Help plan, balance, and optimize routes based on volume and staffing.
- Routinely operate an assigned delivery route as part of the position.
- Fill in for drivers who are absent, on PTO, or otherwise unavailable.
- Cover overflow and Peak routes when additional capacity is needed.
- Ride along with drivers for training, onboarding, coaching, or additional operational support.
- Monitor routes and resolve urgent driver, pickup, and service issues.
- Coordinate rescues and route adjustments when needed.
- Train and onboard new drivers.
- Monitor attendance and approve routine schedule adjustments.
- Coach drivers on safety, service, productivity, and customer experience.
- Conduct safety observations and document performance concerns.
- Recommend recognition, additional training, corrective action, or staffing changes.
- Escalate serious safety, conduct, customer, vehicle, or service issues to senior management.
Final hiring, termination, compensation, and formal disciplinary decisions remain with authorized Brilliant Ground Solutions management unless otherwise assigned.
Qualifications
- FedEx Ground P&D experience strongly preferred.
- Lead Driver or similar leadership experience preferred.
- Strong route planning and problem-solving skills.
- DRO / route optimization experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able and willing to drive routes regularly as part of the normal job responsibilities.

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, motivated Operations Manager / Business Contact (BC) to lead our daily pickup and delivery operation. This is a hands-on management position responsible for ensuring our drivers, routes, and vehicles are prepared to deliver excellent service every day. The right person is a strong leader and problem solver who takes ownership of results and can keep the operation moving when plans change.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily pickup and delivery operations.
- Lead morning dispatch and ensure routes are properly staffed.
- Plan, balance, and optimize routes based on volume and operational needs.
- Monitor route and driver performance throughout the day.
- Manage driver schedules, attendance, and call-outs.
- Coordinate rescues, overflow routes, and contingency coverage.
- Resolve urgent driver and service issues.
- Ensure pickups and service commitments are properly covered.
- Plan staffing and route capacity for Peak and high-volume periods.
- Coach drivers on safety, service, productivity, and customer experience.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of drivers.
- Hold employees accountable to company standards and expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve route efficiency and overall operating performance.
- Communicate professionally with FedEx station personnel on behalf of Brilliant Ground Solutions within the authority assigned by company ownership.
- Keep company ownership informed of significant safety, service, staffing, vehicle, and operational issues.
- Step in and operate a delivery route when necessary to protect service.
What We Are Looking For
- FedEx Ground P&D management experience strongly preferred.
- Previous BC, Operations Manager, Route Manager, or Lead Driver experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of P&D operations and route planning.
- DRO / route optimization experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and develop drivers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable making operational decisions in a fast-moving environment.
